Service 03 ยท Sampling, OEM & ODM

Golden sample sign-off before mass production.

Most quality problems are decided at the sample stage. We run the sample rounds, consolidate samples from several factories into one international parcel, pass your feedback to the factory engineers, and lock a signed golden sample that becomes the quality reference for inspection later.

What's included

  • โœ“Samples from multiple factories consolidated in one shipment
  • โœ“Photos and measurements of every sample before it ships to you
  • โœ“OEM: your logo, colors and packaging on an existing product
  • โœ“ODM: custom product development from drawings or a reference
  • โœ“Golden sample sealed and kept in our office for QC

How it works

1

Spec & reference

Drawings, reference product or a detailed description agreed with the factory.

2

First samples

Ordered from 2โ€“3 shortlisted factories. We check them against the spec before forwarding.

3

Revision

Your feedback becomes a change list for the factory. Revised samples follow.

4

Golden sample

You approve one. It is signed, sealed and referenced in the purchase contract.

Pricing

Sample costs are paid at factory price, usually refunded against the bulk order. Our handling fee is quoted per project.

Questions we get asked

How long does sampling take?
Stock items: 3โ€“7 days. Branded OEM samples: 7โ€“15 days. Custom ODM with new tooling: 3โ€“6 weeks for the first sample.
Who owns the mold or tooling?
You, if you pay for it. We write tooling ownership into the contract so the mold cannot be used for other buyers.
Can I get samples without placing a bulk order?
Yes. Paid samples are available from most factories with no commitment, and we can consolidate them for you.
