SourcingChamp ("we", "us") is a China-based sourcing and logistics service for overseas businesses. This policy explains what personal data we collect through sourcingchamp.com and our WhatsApp channel, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, email address, WhatsApp number, company name and the details of your project when you fill in the contact form or message us on WhatsApp.
- Order information: product specifications, supplier details, shipping addresses and documents needed to source, inspect and ship your goods.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected automatically by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) for security and performance.
We do not run advertising trackers and we do not sell personal data to anyone.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a project assessment or quote.
- To carry out the services you ask for: supplier sourcing, negotiation, inspection, freight, warehousing, dropshipping and related work.
- To share necessary details with factories, inspectors, freight forwarders and customs brokers involved in your order. We share only what each party needs to do its job.
- To keep records required by export, customs and tax rules.
Third-party services on this site
- Contact form: submissions are delivered to our email through FormSubmit.
- WhatsApp: messages are handled under WhatsApp's own privacy terms.
- Order tracking: the Track order page uses 17TRACK to display shipment status. The tracking number you enter is sent to 17TRACK.
- Hosting and fonts: Cloudflare Pages hosts the site and Google Fonts serves the typefaces. Both may log technical data such as IP address.
Cookies
sourcingchamp.com sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Third-party services listed above may set their own technical cookies when you use them.
How long we keep data
Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to respond and follow up. Order records are kept for the period required by Chinese export and accounting rules, typically five years, then deleted.
Your rights
