Service 02 ยท Price Negotiation

Factory-direct prices, every quote shown to you.

Factories quote foreign buyers by email one price and their domestic customers another. We negotiate in the factory's own language, on unit price, MOQ, payment terms, tooling and packaging, and you see the original factory quotation and our fee as two separate numbers.

What's included

  • โœ“Negotiation on unit price, MOQ, payment terms and tooling
  • โœ“Target-price strategy based on real material and labor cost
  • โœ“Written contract (Chinese and English) before any deposit
  • โœ“Original factory quotation shared with you
  • โœ“No mark-up on the goods, ever

How it works

1

Benchmark

We price the product from material cost, process and packaging so we know where the floor is.

2

Negotiate

We take the conversation to WeChat and phone in Mandarin, where real prices are agreed.

3

Terms

Payment split (usually 30/70), tooling ownership, lead time and defect allowance are fixed.

4

Contract

Everything goes into a bilingual purchase contract you sign before the deposit.

Pricing

Included in our order management commission (typically 5โ€“10% of order value, lower for larger orders). Available on its own as a flat fee.

Questions we get asked

How do I know you are not taking a kickback from the factory?
You receive the factory's own quotation document and pay the factory directly where you prefer. Our fee is invoiced separately and agreed in advance.
Can you renegotiate a price I already have?
Often, yes. Send us the current quote and spec. If the number is already fair we will tell you so instead of inventing savings.
Do you negotiate MOQ too?
Yes. MOQ, sample cost, tooling cost and payment schedule are all on the table, and often matter more than the last few cents of unit price.
