These terms apply to the use of sourcingchamp.com and to sourcing, inspection, logistics and related services provided by SourcingChamp ("we", "us"). By contacting us or placing an order you agree to them. A written quotation or contract for a specific project takes priority over these general terms where they differ.
Our services
We act as your sourcing agent in China. We find and verify suppliers, negotiate on your behalf, arrange samples, inspect goods, and organise freight, warehousing, FBA prep, private label packaging, product photography and dropshipping, as agreed for each project. Unless a written contract says otherwise, the manufacturer of the goods is the supplier; we are the agent coordinating the order for you.
Quotes and fees
- Project assessments are free. Service fees are quoted in writing before work starts and are shown separately from factory prices.
- Factory quotations are valid for the period stated by the factory and may change with raw material and exchange rate movements.
- Inspection, audit, sample, packaging and freight costs are charged as quoted for each project.
Payment
Deposits and balances are due as set out in the project contract, typically a deposit before production and the balance after a passed inspection and before shipment. Bank charges on international transfers are the sender's responsibility. We never ask for payment to a personal account; if you receive such a request, contact us on WhatsApp before paying anything.
Samples and quality
An approved golden sample, together with the written specification, is the quality reference for the bulk order. We inspect to AQL standards agreed with you. If an inspection fails, we work with the factory on rework or replacement before the balance is released. Our liability is limited to the service fee paid for the affected project; we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost sales.
Shipping and customs
Transit times are estimates and can be affected by weather, port congestion, customs inspection and holidays such as Chinese New Year. Import duties, taxes and compliance requirements in the destination country are the importer's responsibility unless a DDP service is agreed in writing. You are responsible for ensuring the products you order can legally be sold in your market.
Intellectual property
You confirm that any designs, logos or artwork you give us are yours to use. Tooling or molds paid for by you remain your property and this is recorded in the project contract. Content on sourcingchamp.com, including text, design and the SourcingChamp name, belongs to us and may not be copied without permission.
Confidentiality
Supplier details, prices and product information shared during a project are confidential on both sides. We do not share your product ideas with other clients.
Use of this website

Governing law
These terms and any project contract are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China unless the contract states otherwise. We will always try to resolve any dispute through discussion first.
