Questions we get asked

What is DDP and should I use it?

Delivered Duty Paid: one price covering freight, import duties, taxes and delivery. It suits e-commerce and small to mid-size shipments. Large importers with their own customs broker often prefer FOB.

How long does shipping from China take?

Express 5–8 days, air freight 7–12 days, sea 30–35 days door to door to most US and EU addresses. Add 1–3 weeks around Chinese New Year.

Can you ship goods I bought from another supplier?

Yes. We collect from any factory in China, consolidate and ship.
