Questions we get asked

How is an audit different from an inspection?

An inspection checks the goods. An audit checks the factory: its machines, systems, people and paperwork. Audit first for new suppliers and large orders, inspect every shipment after.

Can you confirm a supplier is a factory and not a trader?

Yes. That is the most common reason clients book an audit. The business license scope, the site visit and the machine list settle it.

Do you audit outside Guangdong?

Yes, anywhere in mainland China. Travel time is added for remote provinces.
