How does payment work?
After you pick a time, pay the fee for the call you chose (USD 79 sourcing, USD 30 dropshipping) through the PayPal button on this page. Your slot is confirmed once payment arrives, usually within a few hours. Unpaid bookings are released after 24 hours.
Is the fee refundable?
The fee is credited in full against your first invoice if you start a sourcing, inspection or logistics project with us within 30 days of the call. If we cannot help with your product, we refund the fee.
What should I prepare?
A product photo or link, your target price, the quantity you have in mind and your destination country. Any quotes you already have are useful too.
Which video platform is used?
The booking confirmation includes a Cal Video link that works in any browser with no download. We can switch to Zoom, Google Meet or WhatsApp video on request.
What time zone are the slots in?
The calendar detects your time zone automatically. Our team is in China (UTC+8); available hours cover mornings in the Americas and afternoons in Europe.
